The shampoo of a showgirl
Taylor Swift’s latest album The Life of A Showgirl may be giving us some fascinating intel into her innermost thoughts, but it’s the trailer for her upcoming Eras Tour documentary series that’s giving us even more important insights. Into her hair wash routine, that is.
A shot featured in the series’ teaser showed a line-up of beauty bottles in the background, allowing for a strategic ‘pause and zoom’ technique. That’s how we identified precisely which products she uses to lather up and smooth things down when hair wash day comes around.
Or in Taylor’s case, ‘hair wash night’, considering a blowout could hardly compete with the sweat involved in performing a three-hour concert every night…
Taylor Swift Hair
Here’s what Taylor uses to get her hair bouncing and behaving so beautifully after an Eras Tour show…

Taylor Swift Shampoo: Christophe Robin Delicate Volumising Shampoo
$52 for 250ml at Sephora
$69 for 500ml at Adore Beauty

We wouldn’t have ever described Taylor’s hair as flat, but maybe this is how she gets it so full-bodied and bouncy. Her shampoo of choice is infused with rose extracts to enhance hair with natural-looking volume and plenty of moisture. Not the kind that weighs hair down though; we want full hair, not flat!
Taylor Swift Conditioner: Christophe Robin Delicate Volumising Conditioner
$45.90 for 200ml at Look Fantastic

Well, now we know Taylor is more of a ‘matching set’ than ‘mix and match’ kind of girl with haircare. She trusts the accompanying conditioner to lift her roots and lock in moisture. It keeps the hair hydrated and soft, whilst also limiting the pigments escaping to keep colour fresh. No wonder Taylor’s golden bronde shade always looks so good.

Would you have guessed this was Taylor’s shampoo of choice? Have you tried this brand?
I’ve heard of the brand but never tried their products
Ditto. It would also depend on the age and texture of your hair as to whether you get the same results.
Ditto for me too, it looks like she has fine hair looking for volume.
Quite expensive????
I never tried that brand
Oh i have seen this brand on look fantastic
Not a brand that I have ever tried but I would love to.
Im sure it would suit my hair as my fine hair certainly needs volume.
have not heard of this brand before .
no new one for me too.
Haven’t come across the brand name before, but wow it is quite pricey.
If it is good probably worth it.
I’ve never tried that brand but it sounds really luxe with it’s rose extracts!
They do look nice.
Definitely not cheapies!
I’ve heard of the brand but I haven’t used any of their products.
I haven’t heard of this brand and haven’t used them
My fine hair is really limp even on the day I style it, it often styles up better the next day but i prefer to wash my hair when going out, but my hair does not style nicely on freshly washed hair
Fine hair is always a problem. Mine never holds the style and just falls down straight.
I have not heard about this brand before.
I haven’t tried this brand yet, but I do have a sample of the hair mask to try.
Not cheap but not completely unaffordable either. I have used CR before but not that range, might give it a go.
Cool name. Like most others I’ve never heard of the brand.
I sampled this once – I liked it, but it’s a bit above my everyday price point.
You are lucky you got to sample this and it is pretty expensive.
I haven’t heard of this brand
I do like the Christophe Robin Delicate Volumising Conditioner but dont think I will be buying it.
