The double-clip middle part
Ciara wears her thick hair glossy and straight, accessorising with a 90s-esque double bobby pin style. This adds some fun to a classic middle part, while also keeping attention on her gorgeous face.
The sleek low bun
Looking like the epitome of low-key elegance, Lili Reinhart wears her hair in a sleek low bun, very similar to Hailey Beiber’s wedding hair. This style is perfect for those in-between-washes days, or for when you want a style that looks like you’ve put in more effort than you actually have. Dress it up with a statement pair of earrings or a bold lip for extra-glam.
The face-framing double-plait
Channelling the early 00’s, Margot Robbie’s modern take on the naughties trend is befitting of her laid-back look. Wearing the rest of her hair out and loose around her shoulders, the untied plaits complement her understated makeup perfectly and frame her face beautifully.
The clipped side-part
Selena Gomez has one of the most consistently stunning hair repertoires in Hollywood. Here, her glossy hair has been styled into loose waves with a deep side part. The fuller side is clipped back so we still have full view of her statement green smokey eye.
The crimp-curl waves
Sofia Richie nails ‘lived in beach waves’ with a middle part and loose half-crimped curls. The crimp is having a moment right now and this style is ideal for if you want to try out the trend, but don’t want to go full 80s.
The elegant half-up-half-down
Glossy curls are a red carpet hair staple. Here, Suki modernises a classic by pinning the top half of her hair back. This style has the added benefit of enhancing your cheekbones and jawline by drawing the eye upward.
I often wear my hair half up and half down, not sure whether its an elegant look for me though.
The low bun looks good, might have to give it a go.
