FOR BEACH WAVES

1. Prep hair with a curl hold spray or heat protection spray
2. Run your fingers through curls to give them texture

FOR GLAMOROUS WAVES

1. For thin hair, leave each section of hair wrapped around the wand for five seconds
2. For thick hair, leave each section of hair wrapped around the wand for eight seconds

2. Shake hair out to get that tousled effect
