, DermaVeen Daily Nourish Oatmeal Shampoo & Conditioner are formulated to soothe, protect and nourish the scalp, retaining the skin’s essential oils. The pH-balanced formula encourages optimal skin function. They contain oatmeal to gently soothe dry skin, irritation and flakiness as well as conditioning agents to leave hair soft and silky, and the scalp moisturised. The shampoo & conditioner are non-comedogenic, hypoallergenic and free of sulphates, lanolin, parabens, artificial dyes, fragrances and alcohol, with emollients to leave the hair soft and silky. Throughout the trial many members noticed an improvement to the health of their scalp after using the DermaVeen Daily Nourish Oatmeal Shampoo & Conditioner, in addition to silkier looking strands. A clear majority of the members were pleased with the gentle nature of these products, and most saw an improvement on the severity of their dandruff. Some triallers found the shampoo difficult to lather, and that it wasn’t very effective on oil buildup. Others also didn’t love the consistency of the conditioner, finding it difficult to wash out. However, overall the majority of people thought the products were true to their claims of being effective while still catering to sensitive skin types. Unlike other shampoos, this one does not foam. Initially when I first used it I was so accustomed to the foaming sensation as the benchmark for being clean that I was not very used to this shampoo. However after using it for the last two weeks, I noticed that my hair is actually clean but not the traditional squeaky clean feeling from other shampoos. I have quite dry skin all over my body and occasional dandruff. After using this for two weeks, my scalp feels more soothed and noticeably has less dandruff. I really enjoy that this shampoo is very nourishing on the hair and keeps it dry for up to 3 days despite the lack of foam.] ReviewEndsHere , ReviewStartsHere [Review: For those with sensitive skin] [Quote: I am very familiar with the dermaveen brand as my partner has eczema so his skin is very sensitive. So when I tried the product I knew it would be very gentle on my scalp. In comes in a huge massive bottle which will last for ages! I like to buy my bottles of shampoo and conditioners in bigger containers too as that usually means it’s more cost effective. It comes with a pump which is handy to disperse the right amount of product. For my elbow length hair I used 2 squirts. When trying it I was surprised to find that it doesn’t really lather as much as conventional shampoos. I think this is because it’s a soap free formula but nonetheless it is not an impediment as it cleans my hair perfectly well. It is also fragrance free for those who aren’t a fan of perfumed shampoo, of which there really is not much to choose from! Great product overall, leaves my hair clean and soft.] ReviewEndsHere , ReviewStartsHere [Review: Love 2.0 ] [Quote: Normal conditioner is something feels like you are water off a duck’s back it doesn’t seem to make any impact and you have to use a tone to make any difference… I’ve tried so many different conditioners – its seems like every week im trying something new to prevent this issue. I’ve found that this is very soothing, lathers well and does not give me an itch. The no-smell conditioner is the best, it’s really nice to have no fragrance in shampoo + conditioner. It also makes my hair not as greasy after not having the time to wash it every two or so days… say goodbye to dry shampoo – okay maybe not completely but still you’d defs save on a bottle or two! Overall, great if you want a break from harsh chemicals on your sensitive scalp – it really provides relief from itching. I would definitely i would recommend using and would go on to use for a fair while.] ReviewEndsHere , ReviewStartsHere [Review: Exceeded Expectations ] [Quote: I am an avid user of the body care range from this brand, having sensitive, dry skin from my neck down that’s also prone to itchiness. I would always look at the hair care products whilst repurchasing body products but was hesitant in trying out a hair care product that was fragrance free as it just simply seems odd as were so used to having scented hair care. But I 100% disagree with fragranced skin and cosmetic products so I was so intrigued when asked to participate in this trial. The conditioner has a slightly thicker consistency than the shampoo from this range but it has a lighter texture than the typical conditioners out on the market. Having fine hair, I enjoy a lighter feeling conditioner as I use a hair oil afterwards for extra smoothness afterwards. I had recently been dealing with an irritated scalp and dandruff so I felt that using this fragrance free product in conjunction with the shampoo added to the results of having a much less irritated scalp whilst de tangling my ends well. Overall, I would definitely be repurchasing this product once I run out as my scalp has improved significantly and this compliments the shampoo by not using fragranced products that serve no purpose as this works just as well, just avoiding any potential to irritate our skin.] ReviewEndsHere , ReviewStartsHere [Review: Great for sensitive scalps and fine hair] [Quote: I have a very dry sensitive scalp and have really loved trialling this product. It’s fragrance-free, quite thick in texture and the 1 litre comes in a hand pump pack. You only need a small amount to cover your hair. After using this conditioner every second day for just a couple of washes I noticed my scalp was no longer itchy or dry (I did use this with the oatmeal shampoo). I have long fine hair after using my hair felt silky smooth and easy to brush when wet. Because I have fine hair I only put the conditioner on the ends and a very small amount closer to the roots. What I love about this product besides the effectiveness is the fact it’s cruelty-free, hypoallergenic & free of lanolin, parabens, artificial dyes, fragrances & alcohol. For me, I prefer a more natural product that is easy on the skin and this product is perfect for me and it’s also great value. Overall a great conditioner and I would definitely buy again.] ReviewEndsHere
