With the sales officially kicking off this month (and rolling straight into Cyber Monday on December 1st, now’s the time to get that wishlist locked and loaded. Trust us — when the discounts drop, you’ll want to be ready to click ‘add to cart’ faster than a new serum sells out on TikTok.

Sure, you could sit this one out… but there’s nothing worse than hearing your bestie scored a Dyson Airwrap or your favourite fragrance for half the price while you were blissfully unaware.

So to help you shop smarter (and save your sanity while you’re at it), we’ve rounded up everything you need to know about the 2025 Black Friday and Cyber Monday beauty sales. Ready to glow big and spend smart?

What is Black Friday and Cyber Monday?

In a nutshell, Black Friday is one seriously massive weekend of sales — and yes, it’s every bit as chaotic (and exciting) as it sounds.

What began as the post-Thanksgiving shopping frenzy in the U.S. has firmly made itself at home here in Australia, with discounts popping up both online and in-store across makeup, skincare, haircare, fashion, homewares, tech — you name it.

In past years, we’ve seen beauty brands slash prices by up to 80%, so while the shopping rush isn’t for everyone, a little prep can turn the weekend into a total goldmine for beauty deals.

When is Black Friday in Australia?

The official date for Black Friday is 28th November, 2025. However, it’s worth noting some brands start early to beat the rush (like right now). Some even make it a week-long event, starting early and extending their deals until Cyber Monday on Monday the 1st of December.

Sales for Black Friday and Cyber Monday can be pretty epic when it comes to saving on makeup or anything else beauty-related. To give you an idea of what to expect, here’s a look at hot offers from last year’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales.

Tips to make the most of Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals

While there can be a lot of makeup sales and discounts at this time of year, a lot of big retailers and brands go all-in on the Black Friday sales weekend. So here are 3 tips to help you get the bargains you want:

  1. Check your beauty supplies: If you need to re-stock some makeup essentials or get new tools, Black Friday is a great time to update what you have at home.
  2. Do your research: Deals can get snapped up quickly during these sales, so if there’s a product you’ve been waiting to try, or something you want to add to your beauty arsenal, checking out reviews and finding specific items will help you focus in on the best Black Friday deals.
  3. Add to cart early: Know exactly what you want? Add it early to avoid it selling out when the Black Friday sales start.

  1. I have always liked shopping at Price Line and this looks really good. Everybody loves a Priceline sale and this is one you won’t want to miss. Expect to find your everyday beauty essentials for up to half price.

  2. To be honest I am a bit dissapointed in Pricelines effort this year. Also finding it very frustrating ordering online and says things can’t be delivered to me even though they are still in stock and available in some stores.
