    They’re always really lovely at the in person events. I wish the customer service was a bit more responsive to emails though.

    Australia Post is yet again making me angry. I’ve now raised 2 complaints against them, one for a missing parcel last week & another just now for a parcel being taken to my local post office when it was perfectly fine to be delivered (the driver couldn’t due to “bad weather” apparently – I think they were just lazy as my front porch was dry enough this morning for a parcel to be left there).

    I think I have yet ANOTHER new driver who is just lazy, inept & incompetent. 😤

    This is really sad. I have been a platinum member of BH since 2007 and used to be very active on the forums. I dreaded the time when this amazing website would start to slip. Absolutely love this community. This is the first time I have come back to the forums since probably ’09 to see what is going on with BH. The trials have come to a halt. The last one was early last year. They have sent maybe two emails since for an invite, which I have accepted instantly, and haven’t made it on the trial list.
    I came back to the forums last week to have a read if anyone was having similar experiences, which was confirmed, and funnily enough I got a trial request email the next day? Haven’t been accepted though. I think they definitely read these forums.
    Something tells me with the trials, events grinding to a halt maybe it’s all coming to a stop and the website will stick to newsletters? The newsletters have definitely grown during this time.

    Yes Mis8, incredibly disappointing, and i even replaced the damaged products and no thankyou for that, or we will replace them. I wont ever replace broken products again now they are almost fully automated. Its definiteley (BH) lost the personal and friendly, caring approach of the past

    I loved Eleni too, as she was very reliable and I knew she would always respond. Now I am still waiting on a reply to my question from…..ahhhh…..a year or more ago, whether we receive an email warning that our BH points are about to expire. BH isn’t as fun as it used to be and I have been here almost since day 1.

    A few members on trials received similar emails, Shop AE, even though their trial reviews were done before the deadline.

    It’s a pain that Bh doesn’t reply anymore because you want to know that this glitch, THEIR error, has been fixed!
