Rimmel Super GEL Nail Polish

Hi

I would like to ask if anyone has used Rimmel Gel nail polshes in the past and what is your opinion about them.

Due to my weakened nails, I decided to buy 021 New Romantic colour which is beige pink shade for a special event which looked nice in the bottle. I am quite patient with doing my own nails and opt for this rather than getting it done professionally.

Sadly after numerous attempts the polish was still streaky and started to glugg up.
It is also the first time in using Gel polishes and no LED drying is needed for this brand.

What is your opinion about this type of nail polish and were you happy with it .

    @Harmony Queen, the only Rimmel nail polish I’ve tried was the 60 Seconds Super Shine Nail Polish & it put me off trying other Rimmel nail polishes. It took longer than 60 seconds to dry, needed multiple coats for opacity, which each took progressively longer to dry, & made my nails peel badly.

    I’m a big fan of Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Nail Polish, which dries without needing a lamp. My weak, bendy nails went 7 days with SH Miracle Gel! That’s VERY good for me! It also stays super shiny for days.

    I’ve not used their gel range but I have their nail polish here and love it.

    I am interested to hear also, I am yet to find a long wearing nailpolish that actually lasts longer than 2-3 days.
