    The Rewards Room is only open a few times a year, for about a fortnight at a time. If you`re on the mailing list, you`ll receive notification when it`s coming up next, James.

    Thanks for the products I received towards the end of November. Unfortunately was on holiday and hadnt had an opportunity to try my products. Received Goldwell Dualsenses Ultra Volume Bodifying Shampoo and Goldwell Dualsenses Ultra Volume Bodifying Conditioner. I had used Goldwell products quite some time ago and had forgotten about the brand. I had spent a lot of time in the sun and in surf and pools during our holiday. I am particularly impressed by the volume and condition that these products provided. My hair is usually quite frizzy, fuzzy and fly away when I’ve been swimming and surfing and Goldwell certainly tamed these problems. Its a brand I will certainly be searching out in the future.       Great choice of products, Berylr. I`ve been using the Goldwell Dualsenses range for years. I use the Blonde, Color Extra Rich and Ultra Volume Bodifying ranges and love them all. Their treatments are also amazing.

        Was interested to hear about your good experience with Goldwell Dualsenses I must look for them as I was very impressed with results using their shampoo and conditioner Thanks

    Re missing bonus points, I had emailed Lauren late on Sunday evening and was all fixed for me by Tuesday morning. Many thanks to BH’s Lauren!

    For those still waiting for their missing points, hang in there and perhaps send a polite follow up reminder. Emails can get buried in inboxes sometimes.

      Oh wow! I have sent an email on the 14th!

      Ok, will try again (thank you Tiger!), thought that she is just too busy to answer and it will take a few weeks. Perhaps with all of the emails she gets it did get buried away.

    I emailed the rewards@ email address because that’s mentioned on the RR FAQ page. I’ve had no reply. I might wait a few days then email Bh’s Lauren.

      Hi misfortune8,

      I am so sorry – our rewards inbox is acting up and we did not realise until I started getting direct emails from members saying they emailed about bonus points and never received an answer! Could you please send me an email (or just forward me your original email) to lauren@beautyheaven.com.au and I will fix it up for you.

      Got no reply yet. From either. It had been a while now since I`ve emailed. So far have seen, many of use got no bonus points for the samples reviews before 11th of Jan.

        I think I might wait a bit longer before emailing again. With the tech glitches, I think everyone must be really busy.

        Yes m8 I think so too and someone mentioned that Glosscars is coming up too so must be terribly busy at BH HQ. I was so surprised to get a fix so quickly. Must have been lucky as I was top of the inbox!

      Yes I believe so. I didnt get that piece of paper coming with the package but I was told by the lovely members here the deadline to submit sample reviews to earn bonus points was 11 Jan

      It was definitely to email Lauren, as she said she would look into these things, although many of us have emailed and have not heard back yet

      I`ve sent an email to rewards@ (designed for RR) 8th of Jan. No reply. Been advised to send to Lauren as she did reply to other people here on 14th Jan. No reply.

    Wondering when the next Rewards Room will be , am going away overseas for 2 months at the end of February so am sure there will be another one while I am away. Have so many points to use since I didn’t use any in the last one.

    Mine too, I haven’t gotten my bonus points for the sample products and also my trial team products. I’ve too sent an email but no reply yet- I sent it to Jess though should it be Lauren? I’m so confused with who to send what too these days!

      I also didn`t get bonus points for any of my samples & I only got RR bonus points for a few of my purchased items. I`ll have to email too.

      No, SJ, – not for the two that were published last week. I`m also missing bonus points for a Rewards Room purchase item review which was submitted at the same time as my other reviews and approved on 11 Jan (within the 8 week timeframe).

      I got bonus points for some and not others. I sent Lauren an email, but haven`t gotten a response. Hopefully they`ll sort it out soon.

      Have emailed Lauren on Monday ( per advice of others) as the RR email is not functional. No response yet.

      You can email them and they will usually honour giving you the points by still emailing them a review!

        Keeping the convo going darasparkle cause you are currently 2 comments away from 2000 posts and m8 is in suspenders waiting!

        I’m at my desk by 7am most days. Love mornings and not a good sleeper – generally awake before my 4am alarm!
