Rewards room – limited products

Since the sale ended I was looking forward to some more products being listed and now there is only 14 products, none of which I am interested in. How are we supposed to spend our points with so little to choose from? What do others think? Is it worth spending the time to get points if we don’t have much to redeem them with?

    Agree totally, nothing worthwhile to spend points on unfortunately. The one thing that I may have been interested in was no longer available.

    I used to religiously log onto BH daily and often win prizes and receive discovery bags and emails for trials. I used to write a lot of reviews and still have a lot of RR points but the site just isn’t what it used to be and hasn’t been for years. Not user friendly and due to circumstances I just haven’t had the time to log on the site in a long time which I have even had trouble doing lately. Would like to just be able to use all my RR points so hoping the changes will be good. Most things in my wishlist have been out of stock for a long time anyway. I don’t want to use points just for the sake of it.

    I hope BH are’nt going to push me to leave reviews for one of the products as it was old, not the companies fault, but not something I want to review. I agree @Meedee , I like to leave reviews and enjoy all BH have to offer.

    My previous reply did’nt show, surprise , surprise. I got a link to review my rewards room products via email, but it was in my spam folder.

        I have’nt used it yet but it has 5 stars with 1 being very poor , I presume from there I leave a review. The address is not clear, simply ‘Beautyheaven”

        I also received an email from bh to do reviews for my rewards room purchases, which I’ve just completed. After choosing a star rating for a product, the survey then opens so you can complete a proper review and there are also other questions to answer.

        I got that email too but I don’t see anywhere its mandatory to do. And I hope it isnt as I’ve not used the eye cream I purchased and the other product was for my daughter soooo…….

        Thanks, @Lisa359. I’ve continued to check my junk folder without luck. I thought Bh did away with those star-only reviews.

        There is an option to leave a photo @Misfortortune8 , so I’m thinking this may be for the brands.

        It’s unusual, it simply says ‘Beautyheaven’ if look into it and try to block it there is the message ‘no reply – Bizzare voice’ I’m not even sure if it’s a proper address.

    I feel that there is much more to BH than just the rewards room.
    I have never taken part with the simple goal of earning points. I take part because its fun and I like the people that I have met and become friends with here. Rewards room is an added extra bonus in my mind.

      I agree @Meedee , on another note I received a email today asking me to rate my products, I have left reviews for some already. Writing them is’nt mandatory I hope, I don’t want to write a review for one as it was old and not the companies fault, but was unusable.
