At last I managed to get an order into the RR and have now had an email advising that I should expect a parcel to be delivered next week. Excited.

    Trying to see what is available in the rewards room but nothing is showing up and I can’t see how many points I’ve got. Must be a glitch in my system.

      Yes, the RR is a mess, @Gilliey! I can see products, but the filter doesn’t work, & when I click on an item, it’s often out of stock.

      I’ve been having the same problem with my points, but if I click “My Reviews” & then go back to “My Account”, my points become visible.

    That’s great news, I just wish they would add new products more often and restock ones they used to have like Antipodes Lemon scrub, cannot find it anywhere.
