New Site Questions

Wooohooo!! We’re here! Say hello to the new bh!

We hope you’re loving the new site as much as we are.

But of course, we’re sure you have questions! So we’ve created this forum thread for all your queries as you navigate your way around the new place.

The bh staff will be popping in here to help you and we thank you for your patience while we get things up and running.

If you haven’t already, you will receive an email to reset your password for your member account. Once you follow these prompts you should be set up and ready to explore.

Site migration is still underway, so there are a few minor tweaks and changes to come, so please bear with us.

We also will be re-instating all beautyheaven Platinum status’s in the coming weeks, as we are aware they may not have carried over from the old site! But rest assured, we are working to fix this ASAP.

    Possibly not a new site question, but wanted to ask if anyone was a member of bounty parents as well and having the same issues with getting in contact with them

      Its almost impossible.
      I tried to purchase something in the rewards room and it was telling me i didnt have enough points. I had more than enough. I sent emails but heard nothing so gave up.

        The bountyparents email address was the one I sent an email to on the 10th of this month as I was trying to purchase a baby moniter with my points and it kept telling me that I didnt have enough points. I had more than enough but now the product has been purchased by someone else. I did ask if someone could get back to me asap as i didnt want to miss out.

        Ah well.

    Yes, you right. In 2023, I placed an order in late November and received a free eye serum.

    Speaking of which, I happened to visit the website yesterday and this pop up ad appeared, ‘A moisturising gift – shop from November 8 – 14 and choose a complimentary qualifying moisturiser with any Ordinary product*’ *conditions apply.

    After adding products that I intend to purchase, I was given the opportunity to select from one of three moisturisers (30ml Natural Moisturising Factors +HA, 30ml Natural Moisturising Factors +Beta Glucan or 30ml Natural Moisturising Factors +PhytoCeramides).

    The one thing I noticed from the pop up ad was the ‘…shop from November 8 – 14…’. As the 23% off promotion ends on December 7, could there be a possibility as @Jupiter had mentioned that a free serum is on offer to orders placed in late November?

      I hope so @Miss_85 I got the complimentary moisturiser, and I wouldn’t mind ordering a few more things before the sale ends.

    Now that a complimentary moisturiser is currently on offer on the Ordinary Australia website until December 14, could there be a possibility as @Jupiter had mentioned that a free serum might be on offer on orders placed in late November?!

    Unfortunately for the past week or so, the BH website has been significantly slower and it takes ages to load a page or post a content. The website performance right now seems to be as bad as prior to the website upgrade 3 years ago….

    I’m having some trouble navigating the forums, would using the mobile site be easier?

    Is anyone finding that they can see and comment on articles on a desktop/laptop but not on the mobile website. I might be late on the uptake but I have just noticed when I read articles the comments section doesn’t appear and I cannot comment. I logged on to see if it was the website now, but then found the comment section on articles… Is this everyone elses experience. I usually use the site on my mobile so its a bit annoying.
