John Frieda PROfiller Range Trial Team

I was surprised that the reviews were actually published, my hope was that they would be read and not published. Appears the reviews have now been removed by bh (I can’t seem them anymore), fingers crossed I haven’t been removed from the trial team, time may tell. An email from them would be wonderful. I have been in touch with Australia Post again, and they now say the parcel is lost!

I have just seen these “reviews”. This is a sorry state of affairs. Totally understandable these members were desperate to not be removed from the trial teams list. They really don’t read any reviews whatsoever before publishing. Wild.

Yeah not a good look for bh to have reviews like these on their site to be honest and I feel bad for the brand having these reviews but quite frankly I don’t blame these members. I would do that too as a last ditch attempt to not be “blacklisted” as bh like to call it.

I’ve also sent 5 emails now to bh and still no reply. Quite unprofessional and aren’t us members the whole reason bh is even a thing?! But that’s ok… just ignore us!

@RalucaP: it’s supposed to be safe for coloured hair. I’ve noticed my greys peeking through earlier than expected; HOWEVER, I’ve just started using Schwarzkopf root spray & it was in my hair when I coloured it – perhaps that prevented my colour from absorbing?

IF it was the JF shampoo that washed away the colour, I’m OK with that. With my oily hair, I’ll always choose a shampoo that keeps my hair clean for longer vs. one that preserves my colour. I don’t mind recolouring more often.

Great to hear that you got a reply. I didn’t receive my products either, still stuck with Aust Post. Sent various emails to BH, tried reaching out to them here, but still no reply. On Saturday I got an email telling me to do my reviews within 24 hours otherwise, no more trial offers for me. This is the first trial I had been offered since April last year. So disappointed with how it has turned out.

@Philippa495 gee at least you got an answer if you emailed them about not getting the item.

I’ve tried numerous ways of emailing just to ask if I am still on the trial team and still no answer.

I made the above comment last week but it’s just been published.

I’ve been considering the strengthening claims & this might make the shampoo & spray possible purchases. I’ll re-evaluate when I finish them as a fortnight isn’t sufficient time to be sure. John Frieda goes on sale often – I wouldn’t pay full price.

I’ve fine-tuned the amount of spray to use & it’s now giving better results.

The conditioner was still a fail for me.
