Not a newbie, but been off the site a while with the craziness of life. Wondering I remember in the forums there used to be exclusive competitions to win goodie bags of beauty products. Does this still occur?

Morning ladies, I am new to this site & I’m really happy to have found it. I am a mature age lady and enjoy reading and learning about so many products. It is so good to get honest opinions. I suffer from some mild skin conditions just like some others, so it’s great to know how different ladies react to different products. I’m looking forward to trying new things. Thank you Beautyheaven for making this all possible and available to everyone (even us older ladies).

How do I clear my messages or even access them. Just in the past couple of weeks I haven’t been able to click on the messages icon to read or mark messages as read. Is this a glitch? All of a sudden i had 25+ messages, and from that point on I was unable to use this functionality. Most are probably irrelevant Beautorium chatter, but I’m also part of a trial team so need to get those messages. Any help appreciated, as I can’t access genuine messages either.

I just read that you can only earn a certain amount of points in the forums. Is this only for a certain amount of time or? Just wanting some clarification, thanks!
