Cleanser makeup remover, non foaming sensitive skin and eyes

Since the REN brand has been discontinued, I’m finding it very hard to find a replacement cleanser for sensitive skin. As I wear contact lenses and sometimes need to cleanse while I have them in, I don’t want a foaming cleanser.
I use the REN Evercalm as a soothing mask before washing off. I can use it all over face including eyes, lashes, without any stinging burning or irritation.
Every cream cleanser I look at, either turns out to be lathering, foaming (not even stated in the usage instructions!). Most say “don’t use near eyes”!
I have a list of sensitivities also to avoid.
Arginine
Citrus peel oils (common in cleansers)
Cocoa butter
Papaya or mango butter
Shea butter
Parfum (I’m ok with a light natural fragrance such as rosemary or lavender oils. Can’t stand vanilla and fruity scents!)
And, any glycolic acid, salicylic acid, AHA. BHA, Lactic acid – cannot be used around eyes.

Do you know a nice calming cream cleanser, unfragranced, for sensitive skin which can be used also over eyes?

I used to use the creams, foaming, wipes but for over a year now, I am just using a beautiful soft cloth which takes off all my make-up. Great for sensitive skin and I am saving in not having to buy make-up removers so it’s great. I am not a spammer just letting you know if you want to have a look at this site http://www.bisous.com.au you can read up about them there. I like how you can use them with just warm water and they can just be thrown in the wash to really clean them up for next time. I also wear mascara and it takes it off the eyes perfectly. No redness around the eyes either.

I can’t use some ingredients so using this cloth is absolutely amazing. I gave one to my sister who absolutely loves hers.

Hope you find something to help you.
