Best hair vitamins for hair growth,your recommendations

I am searching for hair vitamins for hair growth I found these two the best one is Thorne and other is vital proteins brand but before buying I am looking for suggestions if anyone using this or other please tell me

I have been taking Swish, hair skin and nails capsules. I have found it has really made a difference to the health of my hair.
