I hope you are all doing well and having a lovely week so far!

Firstly, we want you to know that we have read your posts and want to apologise for all the difficulties some of you are facing at the moment – from posts being stuck in moderation to all the spam in the Forum (argh!) Thank you for bringing these to our attention. We hear you and have been working hard to get everything in order.

In regards to feeling like your emails are not being responded to, please know that we get many of these a day. We are also working hard to respond to your queries within 48 hours and will let you know when your request has been processed.

To hopefully help with some of these queries or any future queries you might have, here are some FAQ and Answers below:

Review Submission:

If you are experiencing issues with your review submission, below are a few things that can potentially get in the way of posting and some tips to try; 

  • Disable any pop-up blocker temporarily when onsite to allow the submission to go through
  • We suggest using google chrome for posting reviews
  • Clear your cache on your browser
  • Ensure the title of the review is 50 characters or under
  • Ensure your review is at least 500 characters in length

We ask that you please re-attempt to submit your review keeping in mind the above tips.

If you have any further issues with this, please feel free to send through a screenshot along with the browser you’re using and more details on the issue so we can take a closer look at this with our internal team. Please send this to info@beautyheaven.com.au and a team member will respond within 48 hours.

Password Reset:

Password resets are done manually. Please be patient with the process.

Rewards Room orders and points:

If your Rewards Room orders have not been sent do not fret, they are sent out towards the end of the month.

Point allocation is automatic, however there may be some system errors, if you have not received your correct allocation, please include screenshots of point history with your email and send to info@beautyheaven.com.au and a team member will respond within 48 hours.

Trial Team Invites:

With our growing community we are seeing more and more members join our Trial Teams!

We would love to include each one of you in the Trials, however we must recruit for Trials based on the products’ best suited demographic. In saying this, there will be plenty of opportunities available for everyone!

    It’s annoying & confusing to see new spam threads on the forum when I, a Platinum member, am forbidden from creating threads at all! Why?

    Is this thread still being read by staff?

    Happy Belated Birthdays, @Sparkle77, @Jatz and @Rosieglow.

    Not a lot irritates me more than using an incorrect thread, especially when I know perfectly well what the correct thread is. BUT it’s been weeks since I’ve been able to post in the birthday thread. I can’t even start typing.

    So, hoping your birthdays were magical. Sending hugs – it’s OK, @Misfortune8, these ladies do hugs.

    The bh IS Freezing on my desktop all the time. It says “wait or exit page”

    I commented too soon when I wrote that it can take 40mins to post on the Birthday thread. It’s just taken me over an hour to post there. I repeatedly got logged out & couldn’t log back in, even though I was still logged in on other Bh pages. Refreshing the page did not work.

    For the last fortnight I’ve had increased difficulty posting. Every forum & article comment goes into m-o-d-e-r-a-t-i-o-n for one or more days.

    The Birthday thread in particular has become more problematic. It takes about 20 mins for the page to load & another 20 to comment. I initially thought this was because my computer died & I’m using my tablet, but other members commented on the “no emails” thread that they can’t post on the Birthday thread either.

    There’s no RR or My Account on my tablet. To get to the RR I have to use the search box, but I can’t see my wishlist – there’s no button! To see my profile page I have to find my username on the forum, click it to go to my public profile page, & then click edit to see My Account..

      @Misfortune8 – I haven’t been able to access any forum threads in here, especially the birthday thread. Came in here to try and do one for Meedee and it was impossible. I also tried to bring back the Yayyyy I won a prize thread and it wouldn’t come up. Can’t remember what it said now but I just thought blow it.

      I’m not even sure if this will post either. For any birthdays I have missed, it hasn’t been on purpose. I use a desktop computer. I don’t have problems at any other sites doing things.

        Things are getting even worse here! We’ve been told for over 18 months that they were working at reinstating our notifications & we’ll soon be able to add things to favourites again. Former Bh staffer @LauraHarvey said 1yr 3mths ago on “New Site Questions” that they were trying to retrieve our missing reviews. Not to mention the continuing issues with posting & getting logged out. The new site is not merely glitchy, it’s a disaster!

        & who knows how long it will take for this comment to get published?

    Can we just appreciate right now how there appears to be a distinct lack of spam. Ever since BH started responding to us on the forums, they have decreased. <3

      Yes your right Ethelinde its so nice not to have them clogging up on BH. And you also had to be careful in case they were also scammers. So as you said before Thanks BH keep up the good work.

    I noticed that a bunch of reviews for COVERGIRL Lash Blast Clean Volume Mascara including mine are missing. I know I did a review for this a year or so ago for a trial team. Now its missing. wtf

    With everyone commenting about missing reviews, I thought I’d take a look at my account. It says I have 75 reviews which is correct, but only 50 are showing. The last three pages are repeats of page 5. Anything prior to 2021 is not there. I’m guessing they cannot be retrieved as everyone is being given bonus points instead.

      @S-P: if you go to your My Reviews page & reset the filter from Newest to Oldest, you’ll be able to see your earlier reviews. You still won’t be able to see the last few pages of Oldest, but the reviews not visible on Oldest will be the ones that are visible with the filter set to Newest. My account is the same, & I think most other members’ are, too.

        Thanks @Misfortune8. I set the filter on My Reviews to ‘Oldest’ and my reviews from 2017 onwards appeared, so all good. Thank you for your help.

    @Team bh, it’s really frustrating to have comments blocked. If this isn’t going to be fixed anytime soon, could you at least give us some pointers so that we can avoid getting blocked. For example:

    * Is comment length the issue?
    * Is adding external links the issue?
    * What words are triggers etc etc?
    * Is the frequency of commenting the issue?
