Clallam Sheriff’s Office seeks help in finding burglary suspect

PORT ANGELES — The Clallam County Sheriff’s Office is asking the community for help in finding a burglary suspect.

The Sheriff’s Office says 25-year-old Jonathan Heckathorn is wanted for outstanding felony warrants and is a suspect in recent residential burglaries.

He’s suspected of “numerous” property crimes, including residential burglary and theft of firearms, the Sheriff’s Office said. He is known to frequent Port Angeles and Joyce. He is 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighs 205 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes.

Officials say he should be considered armed and dangerous. If anyone sees him they are urged not to approach him and to immediately dial 9-1-1.
