Julianne Moore’s Golden Globes Makeup Incorporated This $10 Staple

Julianne Moore looked positively radiant at the 2024 Golden Globe Awards. Attending as a nominee for Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture for May December, the 63-year-old stunned in a custom red strapless gown from Bottega Veneta. To accompany her show stopping gown and Cartier jewellery, Julianne’s effortlessly elegant makeup was truly apt.

Opting for a natural and fresh makeup style, the choice resonated with her overall aesthetic – understated yet impactful. With her hair pulled back into a simple low pony, her overall beauty look exuded understated elegance.

Complementing her fair skin, the actress’s makeup artist Elaine Offers executed a rosy look that brought out her complexion and outfit.

Here, we break down how it was accomplished.

Julianne Moore’s Golden Globes makeup

Moore’s skin appeared flawlessly natural at the 2024 Golden Globes. This was achieved  with a good skin prep routine and the use of Pat McGrath’s Skin Fetish Foundation ($120 at Sephora) and Concealer ($55 at Sephora), which still let her stunning freckles shine through.

The handy Evian Thermal Water Facial Spray ($9.99 at Chemist Warehouse) was also spotted on her makeup artist’s Instagram stories, which, no doubt, helped to ensure an overall fresh appearance. Julianne isn’t the only celeb that rates this stuff, FYI!
For the highlight of the look, Julianne’s rosy cheeks were the product of the Pat McGrath Skin Fetish Divine Blush in ‘Nymphette’ ($63 at Sephora), Legendary Glow Color Balm in ‘Peach Lotus’ ($46.94 at REVOLVE) and Divine Bronzer in ‘Nude Honey’ ($62 at Sephora). If you seek a more everyday flush, her makeup artist has also highly recommended Ilia’s Multi Stick in ‘At Last’ ($60 at MECCA) – a product which she has been using on Julianne during her recent press appearances.

While her eyes were kept neutral, to tie the ‘rosy’ theme together, Julianne wore the Lip Fetish Divynl Lip Balm in ‘Divine Rose 2’ ($66 at Pat McGrath Labs) topped with the Lust Gloss in ‘Love Potion’ ($47 at Sephora).

Focused on enhancing her individual beauty, the natural, radiant makeup look exemplified the art of subtle elegance.
