PORT ANGELES — Joel and Amanda Schipani have opened a take-out vegan restaurant, Rabbit Food.
The new eatery is between the bridges at 511 W. Eighth St.
Some menu options include a Southwest burger, a spicy chickpea salad and BBQ tofu.
The business is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
