How to apply the Oral-B 3D White Whitening Strips

Step #1 Peel the smaller strip off the backing liner and, with the gel side facing your teeth, line up the edge of the Whitestrip with your gumline. Gently press it to your teeth and fold the excess behind. 

Step #2 Repeat the process using the larger strip on your top teeth.

Step #3 Leave the strips on for 30 minutes. While they’re working, you can have a shower, do your hair and make-up or just enjoy a bit of ‘me time’. They conform to the shape of your teeth (so there’s no need to worry about them moving around) and effectively remove stains as they whiten. 

Once the 30 minutes is up, peel the strips off and throw them away. It’s that easy!
